The endurance sports guru in our office, Ben is no stranger to endurance sports events, both as an organiser and a participant. Ben has completed and organised numerous ultra-marathons, marathons and multi-sports events locally and regionally since 2006. To name a few, he played an integral role in organising Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore (2006 – 2012), Sundown Marathon (2008 – 2013) and Income Eco Run (2017 – 2019). He also relishes the times he participated in various Ironman races and trail races in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Japan.
Since 2013 till now, Ben has immersed himself with planning and executing lifestyle and brand focused events. Understanding the needs of clients, continuous learning and trying new ideas are now part of his motto.
Staying active and family life has been an integral part of Ben’s daily routine. He constantly strives for some sort of work life balance for his team and himself.
He lives by this motto "Every person dies, not every person really lives" by William Ross Wallace. To cherish, learn and grow from each experience and opportunity, good or bad.
The consumer experience is at the heart of what we do. We create event concepts and take them through to execution; We create engagement and interactive opportunities for brands; We bring the consumer journey to life.

We’re on a journey to be more environmentally conscious as we figure out how to minimize waste in a way that makes sense (cents)! We are always thinking of how we can reduce our ecological footprint without compromising on the experience.
We constantly cast our nets out and scour the world for inspirations and ideas. We’re constantly reminded to keep our minds wide and open.
Those ideas need to turn into something. We engage in consumer and industry research, plan and work with our clients to customise event concepts that best suit their desires and objectives.
Ideas and concepts mean zero without good execution. We take into considerations the bigger picture, the consumer experience – it always boils down to consumer experience – as well as bringing our clients’ ideals as close to realisation as possible.
